3. Counter-Notification
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Your contact information
- Identification of the removed content and its location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake
- Your electronic or physical signature
We will review counter-notifications and restore content when appropriate under the DMCA rules.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
IPTV UK reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights. We take copyright protection seriously and comply fully with DMCA requirements.
